Mahuika
Original character based on the Māori goddess of fire know as “Mahuika.” This is a game-ready 3D model created using Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter and Photoshop. You can read more about the overall process here.

2016-2018 Showreel
In this animation showreel I showcase all of my best 2D animation work, as well as some 2D digital art.These pieces were created during my time at Animation College (now Yoobee Colleges), as well as some freelance work from the years 2016 to 2018.My work here consisted of utilising software such as Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects, as well as Adobe Photoshop for touch-ups and illustrations.

Quantum Rail

Quantum Rail is a fast-paced sci-fi western first-person shooter developed in Unreal Engine 5 by Borderline Studios for our final year at Media Design School.

My key role during this production was modelling, texture work and creating UI assets.

Key Contributions
Modeled various props and set dressed levels.
Designed and modeled two enemy types, including the main boss.
Designed three key encounter sections for levels.
Created all UI assets including player HUD, menus, icons and title card.
Set dressed and animated main menu level, as well as loading icons and transition motion graphics.
Created special effect materials for props.

Hydraulic Bandits is an action-packed pixel art-styled platformer and shooter with resource gathering, upgrading, build customisation and bounty hunting mechanics. This was a game project developed by Voyager Softworks during our time at Media Design School, and was built using Unity.

Red Harvest is an atmospheric horror game inspired by the PS1 games of our childhood. It is a first-person shooter developed by Voyager Softworks as a small game project at Media Design School, also developed in Unity.

Adrift Through Time

Adrift Through Time is a pixel-style puzzle platformer that utilises a time rewinding mechanic to solve levels. This was the first game project produced within a team of four other students at Media Design School, developed in Unity.
My main role during this production was creating character animations, UI assets and planning out levels.
